All sessions are available in my clean, bright studio or in the comfort and convenience of your own home. I will work with you to help you set goals and meet those goals. Using a combination of weight training, stability ball moves, fat burning workouts, nutrition counseling and a cardio workout plan you can achieve lasting results. Return / Refund Policy

       Boot Camps & Programs

  • Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your spot. 
  • If you are new to Wellington Wellness a refund can be offered after your first trial class, if it does not meet your expectations or the instructor feels it is not the right class for you. Cancellations after the second class will not be refunded.  Sessions may be transferred to an eligible participant agreed upon by Wellington Wellness.

Private Training

  • If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, session needs to be made up within a two week period, adding an extra training day. This may not be at your regularly scheduled time of day.
  • Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited.
